Dr Kalin Tanov, at every step. He carries out every consultation, every procedure and every follow-up himself — you will not be handed to someone else between the assessment and the treatment.
Do I have to have a consultation first?
Yes. Every treatment here is consultation-based and subject to suitability. Dr Tanov assesses whether a treatment is right for you before anything is booked in — and if it isn’t, he will say so and explain what he would do instead.
What happens at the consultation?
A full assessment, an honest conversation about what will and won’t achieve what you’re after, and a plan with the exact cost written down. There is no obligation to book anything on the day.
How much downtime should I plan for?
It depends entirely on the treatment. Injectables and most skin treatments fit around a normal day, while resurfacing and surgery need planned recovery time. You’ll be given a realistic timeline at your consultation, not a best case.
How do I pay, and can I spread the cost?
All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted, and Klarna is available to spread the cost. Your price is confirmed in writing at the consultation, so nothing changes on the day.
How quickly can I be seen?
Consultations can be booked online at any time. If you need an eye or eyelid assessment sooner — a cataract that is affecting your driving or work, for instance — call or text and it will be fast-tracked where possible.
